Shiitake Tea

.2 oz dried Shiitake mushrooms in 1 cup of water. Bring to boil, simmer 30 minutes. Strain before drinking (save bits for supper).

Shiitake tea is a perfect drink for taking the edge off hunger pains and is excellent medicine for breaking up a cold and soothing sore muscles that often accompany flu.
